After completing the application form that we make available on our website, your request for a travel authorization document will be sent instantly. Your ETA for UK application is subject to approval by the United Kingdom government. In many cases, your ETA application will be processed and granted in a matter of minutes. However, if any detail has been entered incorrectly or if some fields are incomplete, your request may be delayed.
ETA UK travel authorizations are usually valid for two years, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. You can travel to the United Kingdom several times within the validity period without having to request another ETA document.

Payment and Processing
Payment for our services is processed in real time. Once your payment has been successfully received, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your application. From that moment, your request is assigned to one of our specialists, who immediately begins the review and correction process.
Confirmation of your travel authorization to the United Kingdom is generally provided within 24 hours. A copy of the approved electronic authorization will be sent to the email address you used for your ETA application.
Refund Policy
- 1-business-day window (only if NOT processed): You may request a refund within one (1) business day of purchase only if your application has not yet been processed and no “Pending” email has been sent.
- No refunds after “Pending” email: Once a “Pending” notification has been issued, it means your application has already been reviewed and submitted for authorization, and therefore no refund can be made.
- Automatic refund on rejection: If your application is rejected by the UK Home Office (UKVI), a full refund is automatic. No separate request is necessary.
To request a refund (when eligible), email info@eta-official.com and include your full name, the email address used in your application, and your purchase date. We respond to all refund emails within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used for purchase and typically appear on your statement within 2–5 business days. It is not necessary to contact your bank or credit card provider; we will confirm your refund via email within 24 hours.
